The Incredicoaster is a thrilling and fast-paced roller coaster located at Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, California. It used to be called California Screamin’, but in 2018, it got a new look and story based on the superhero family from the Pixar movie, The Incredibles.
This roller coaster is the longest and fastest at Disneyland Resort. It’s long—over a mile—and it zooms up to 55 miles per hour! It starts with a cool launch that propels riders from zero to super fast in just four seconds, making the ride thrilling from the very beginning.
The story of the ride is about The Incredibles trying to catch Jack-Jack, the youngest baby superhero who’s escaped and is causing mischief all along the track. As you race through tunnels, you get to see Jack-Jack’s funny and surprising powers, like disappearing and reappearing, shooting fire, and making copies of himself.
One exciting part of the ride is a big drop that happens early on, giving you a rush of excitement. Then, there’s a special loop where the roller coaster flips upside down—the only one like this at Disneyland Resort! The ride also features “scream tunnels” with colorful lights, sounds, and music from the movie’s composer, making the whole experience even more thrilling.
The Incredicoaster is located in Pixar Pier, a fun and colorful part of the park that celebrates all the Pixar movies. The bright red and white roller coaster and the fun waiting area help you feel like you’re part of The Incredibles’ world before you even get on the ride.
Whether you love superheroes or just want an exciting roller coaster, the Incredicoaster is a fun adventure that everyone will enjoy!
